Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be disabled, and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy unless legally required to be retained.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
